Refund requests made after you have purchased our product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within fourteen (14) days of your original purchase. To begin the refund process please contact kir[email protected]
After receiving approval for your refund request, we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your request to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
